Been a customer here for four ish years, I used to go to their other salon in Sandy Springs but switched to this location due to convenience. They usually do a pretty good job, but there’s zero communication about wait times and as someone with a busy schedule this is frustrating, and terrible customer service. Andy, hands down is the best. I was going to the Sandy Springs location until this one opened. Tom and Ben are my techs who provide a great experience. I laugh and have a great time when I come in for service. I recommended Andy to my sister/ friend and Andy referred me to someone that was as good as him. He did not disappoint. This spot is my go to when I need a new set. The staff is super friendly & the prices aren’t too high. I am always happy with the way my nails turn out. I haven’t learned everyone’s names yet but Mia usually almost does my nails and she’s great.
Great overall experience! They earned a return customer!
