This is why everyone is abandoning nail salons I asked for my nails to the cut down to the skin I asked for a fill in Instead gave me a new set that I did Not need and this set was super long she cut the nail down 4 times and still wasn’t short I give up I paid over 100 for a full set gel x For a set I don’t like and didn’t ask for Every time you speak up they act like they don’t understand you I’m starting to think nail salon tech hate us and their jobs Customer service is dead Very disappointing won’t be back

I asked for a gel manicure ($35) and gel pedicure with sea salt scrub ($39) I explicitly said option 2 based on prices listed. They charged me $107 (45% more!) before tip for these services. I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to dispute. After getting home I am so beyond disappointed in my set. I think I could have given myself a better gel manicure pedi on my first attempt than what I walked out with today. I have been going here for years. Even despite me moving 40 mins away and their above average price point, I have stayed loyal to this salon. I play soccer and experience issues with my big toes, so I tend to get acrylic. Over a month ago I got full acrylic on my left big toe and partial acrylic on my right. Today I went in for a fill in and informed them the acrylic on my left toe fully came off. They said they would add a new one and fill in my right toe.
