I have been going to Ana for several months now, on recommendation from my hair person, and she is fantastic. She takes her time and asks questions along the way to make sure she is giving you what you want. I do dip manicure every 3 weeks and gel pedicure every 3-4 weeks. My nails have never looked better. Zero stars. I’ve been coming here for YEARS to see Kathy. Love her. I randomly came on a Monday and they had me with some young lady. She gave me a half pedicure and dug a cuticle tool into my big left toe. Blood everywhere, it hurt so bad. She only apologized once. I wanted to cry it hurt so bad. THEN SHE HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE! I DIDN’T EVEN GET A FULL PEDICURE NOR DID I GET MY NAILS PAINTED. My toe is throbbing and it’s probably infected. Never going here again. I hope Timothy refunds me ASAP.
Terrible, Just terrible ! I walked in asking if I can get gel manicure and lady not only rushed and made my skin bled but she “promised” putting two coats of the gel top coat will make it last longer and it’s not even been a week and my nails not only already have been chipped but also flakey , so disappointed
