I had an ingrown nail that was bothering me and my longtime nail tech retired. I searched for a nearby nail tech and found this place. Linda was very kind when booking an appointment. Once I arrived she asked me how I would like my nails cut and fixed my ingrown nail. I no longer have pain anymore and I am so grateful for her.
Today I was in San Leandro and needed a pedicure. I called three places, but they were all busy. Finally, I called Nails by Linda. I didn’t read any reviews; I just called. Linda said she had a 5 PM appointment, so I went. When I arrived, I noticed there were only two seats inside the shop. Linda finished up with one lady, rubbed her feet with lotion, and then got everything ready for me. Immediately, I felt comfortable. The shop was nice and clean. She did not complete the services I went in and paid for told me that the services were complete however I am licensed to do the job and I unfortunately got injured and can not at the moment so disappointed
