I went here last week and Jenny did such a wonderful job. Great conversation, nails still look awesome, highly recommend!
Jenny is the single most rude person to deal with. I had called on a Monday with questions about the pricing and she was extremely rude to me while answering those as if I am asking her to do my nails for free. And I was shocked by the rudeness and couldn’t answer her back because I have not seen such rudeness in the US and booked an appointment. This is my 3rd or 4th appointment with Jenny & she is absolutely fabulous!!! Never disappoints. She takes her time with her work & always great conversation. The prices are unbeatable too. Thank you, Jenny
I’ve been going to jenny for years and her work never disappoints. She takes her time with everything and is very patient. She’s the only person I trust doing my nails. Very knowledgeable about what she does and makes sure you’re satisfied. Never had an issue booking with her, my nails always come out good, and last a long time. Reasonable prices and great service, I definitely would recommend jenny especially if you’re in the jc area.
Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I called to check if they have any availability, mind you I had not made an appointment yet as I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to commit to it, Jenny calls me and gets mad about me not showing up and blames me for her losing money and time. It absolutely made no sense to me, it was a disappointing experience
