I was given a time for my appointment and when I got there they had overbooked . As a result I had to wait quite some time and then the owner put on my tips himself. The whole process took 2 1/2 hours. Within 4 days one tip came off, and then two more . I called to see if they could fix no cost since it was so soon and they said yes. When I got there Sunny looked at them and said since it had been over a week I would have to pay $5 a nail. I guesss nails are only supposed to last a week or less there!
