very nice and kind. she did amazing on my nails n the conversations felt natural, a bit awkward on my end but she has a really welcoming n friendly nature that i began to warm up to and admire. however after missing an appointment, she told me that she was “booked up” and then promptly blocked me. we had talked through what had bothered her about our previous appointment and i THOUGHT we resolved the issue but she failed to communicate truly and understand my end n circumstances. i found this to be hurtful, rude and immatur.... read more
