Been a frequent flyer at this shop for about a year, I went in this morning to get my nails removed and the guy doing my nails went to far down with the nail clippers and it started to bleed he proceeded to still work on my nail. Could possibly be the worst pedicure I have ever had. Sign outside said "spa pedicure $15 with free drinks. No drinks, my friend couldn't even get assistance with the massage chair, the technician would not get my friends nails even. My technician cut me twice. Then, the unprofessional man at the counter wanted to charge me $18 because she had to remove my Shellac. I asked even with her cutting me and he said yes. He was very combative and rude.
