“I called today hoping to schedule the first appointment tomorrow morning to make sure there was availability. I was told that couldn’t be done and when I said I might have to go somewhere else, the response was ‘yes, go somewhere else.’ Not exactly the level of customer service I expected. I’ll be taking my manicure and pedicure business elsewhere.

I called at the last moment for an appointment. The woman on the phone was a little rattled. Got there and asked if somebody could do a pedicure also. Assured they could. When I sat down to get a gel manicure, I asked if I could get tips instead. She said of course. Took the same amount of time a gel manicure would have. At end of this procedure I assumed I would get my pedicure. I was abruptly told I changed up my appointment, which I did and basically asked to reschedule. Poor business practices. My mother rarely leaves her house these days, but loves a mani /pedi. When I visit, I always make an appointment and take her. This place used to honor their appointments, but that must be a thing of the past. Today she walked in the door, 5 minutes before her appointment, and she was told she would have to wait. My mother is 88, severe COPD, barely moving around..that is why we make appointments. Apparently, it would be a rather long wait, maybe an hour, she was told they double booked.
