The people were very friendly and courteous. My 7 year old and I went just after a 9 hour drive. This place was packed, but we got in taken care of in less than 5 minutes of walking through the door. Next time we're in Southfield, we'll be coming herr.

I absolutely hate this place. I will drive on the other side of town to get my nails if need be. My first time was Great but every time after it went down hill. I notice the guy skip several steps of my pedicure, when I mentioned it to the manager he did nothing. Also notice he tried sending me out the door without a clear coat. Worst experience ever!!!! Btw if your thinking about get wax there DO NOT!!! I SEEN THE GIRL DOUBLE DIP...YOU CAN GET HERPES FROM THAT.

I have been twice the first time I was very happy. The second not so much. My nails turned out very chunky and I paid an extra five dollars for Chrome shellac and it never hardened up. So I have several scratches and dents in the polish now. The tech was nice and I don't have any complaints about the people.
