Not to impressed I got my nails done on Saturday by Sunday night I have had one nail lift already, I am so disappointed. Update. The lifted part of the nail was never removed it was the technician who did not remove the acrylic that lifted, I do not believe it was because the nails where done at another nail salon. I was never told anything about getting new set of acrylic nails.

First visit here, booked online fresha after asking chat GPT the best nail salon at Penrith Westfield's. I walked in and was greeted with smiles, very clean and didn't have that usual strong nail polish smell. The lady that did my nails was exceptional. Very gentle with her work, great attention to detail and was super friendly and beyond helpful both her and the gentlemen in there went above and beyond for myself and he helped my daughter open a toy we had just purchased. These nails are the best set I’ve ever had. My appointment was not only early, but they finished it in an hour and a half! They were so friendly, understanding, and gentle with my picked at nails. The lady that did my set paid so much attention to detail and the line work is absolutely stunning. When I came in the week before they showed me how to book exactly what I wanted to get online as well. I’m really impressed and will 100% be coming back.
