This is the next service I’ve ever received from a nail salon. My friend and I came in half an hour before they closed and asked if they had time for 2 full sets. They were glad to serve us and even stayed open for longer to finish our nails the staff were kind and the nails were perfect.
The team here always does an amazing job. I have floated around Penrith for a nail salon that works. Went to about 10 others before I landed here. Ever since then I have continued to come. The team pays a close attention to detail, ensuring you are happy at all steps of the process. They remember their clients and can recall what I usually get with great detail, the staff have good conversations and are willing to work with you to get the best look possible
My friend recommended this nail salon and I'm horrified. I was there for 3 hours when all I needed was 2 replacement nails and acrylic infills. Not only did I get refused acrylic (Got given builder gel dispite me saying I only ever get acrylic) and a whole new set which was not needed, but the lady who was going my nails had gone over my whole finger with the drill multiple times.
