I’ve been coming here since my first year of university, and both my sister and I absolutely love the staff. They are consistently attentive, caring, and exceptional in every way. Over a decade later, they’ve maintained the same outstanding level of professionalism and service as always. Truly remarkable!
I have been coming regularly for over a year and love the pedicures here. There isn’t a standard house style and each of the staff has their own approach, so you may find you prefer some staff over others. My favourite are the techs who give almost continuous massage through the pedicure, which feels incredibly luxurious. But in each case you get a really nice massage and a very thorough pedicure. I had a terrible experience in this place. Besides poor hygiene standard, which includes dirty towels, the staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I had a shellac mani and pedi removal and re application. Every time a new customer walked which would be mostly a white person, the person that was doing my nails would leave me mid way and attend that person. I had an absolutely excellent experience at Nails Attraction! I got a mani-pedi, and it exceeded all expectations. The service was amazing – not only were my nails done beautifully, but they also included a relaxing massage for my arms, feet, and neck. The staff was professional and friendly, and the atmosphere was calm, clean, and inviting. I felt truly pampered from start to finish. Highly recommend – 5 stars without a doubt!
My husband and I always go here, the ladies are very friendly, courteous and always give us the best pedicures!
