The technicians need to pay more attention to the clients needs.. they dont ask yu if your comfortable if yu want something to drink.. no hospitality.. zero champagne ,tea or even water for that matter.. its always a RUSH job & they all chat chat chat chat chat "TOO" much in there language which is RUDE.. the only reason I would ever go back at this point is to see my friend Carlos Bernal (&) his partner..whom is an exceptional artist in hair. make up etc.. they rest of the bunch has been nothing but disappointment ..they al... read more
Horrible job shaping nails and a bunch of bubbles in the gel polish not smooth at all they told me they'd fix it but paid to go else where so I know its get done right
