Came as a walk-in on a Monday afternoon and was taken for a classic pedi right away. Deasia went to town on the nail care and was super helpful and communicative throughout the service. Honestly, the negative reviews of this place are baffling. If you check their price list on Instagram (or ask before you sit down) and respectfully tell the tech what you do or don't like abt the work they're doing, you shouldn't have all these complaints. Drove 30 minutes to get here based off of the image they portray on Instagram. I was excited initially. Apparently those are pictures and videos of the owner’s work and not that of other techs in the salon. Smh. For starters I was very overstimulated walking through the door. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the work is good. However, for gel x, designs, and pedicure i was usually in there for at least 3 hours... Also booking an appt is a hassle. I think the calls to the salon are routed to the owners personal phone. Then you have to request an appt through her. Then if you don't follow up every 2-3 days, you will not get an appt set. I'll start with the positives first, the shop was clean and they have great work on their website. The place was open but no nail techs were there at 9am when they opened. Myself and another young lady waited over 35 minutes (that's when I left) and no one showed. They advertise walk-ins so I hope this is the last time they have customers in a situation like this🥹
My nails looked so good!!! I would definitely get Rima to do your nails!
