I drove 45 minutes because they said that they do walk ins and encourage that and I came in to get a polygon set which it says on their site and Instagram that they offer and got told I will have to come back at 12. You only have 1 person doing a service but encourage walk ins??? I will take my money elsewhere. Such a disappointment.

I was super excited to go to Nails and Thingz. I love supporting black businesses, and the owner’s posts were wonderful and quite convincing. When my daughter and I arrived, we were greeted and asked what we wanted. The young lady stated that there would be a little wait and we wouldn’t receive service at the same time because she had to pick up her son. We were there, so we stayed.
