I had an extremely disappointing experience with this salon. I’ve been there twice now, and I will not be returning. On both visits, I requested a very basic manicure and pedicure — no polish, just standard cuticle care, nail cleaning, and basic grooming. Instead, the service felt rushed and incomplete. They spent barely 10 minutes on my hands and about 15 minutes on my feet, charged $80. My cuticles were not properly removed at all, which was the main reason I went in. I love this place. I’ve never been disappointed. Shirley greeted me by name tonight , even though I haven’t been there in months! My nails look fabulous, and they truly want to make sure you’re satisfied. The place is so very clean and spacious, spa like. I had a new young lady today named Kiley, and she was so sweet and personable! I had Selena as a nail artist today she was amazing she paid attention to every detail I had one broke now she repaired that she gave me everything I asked for with my color and design The Establishment was very clean and the lady that ran the show was very very nice

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! I called last minute hoping to get a pedicure for me and my best friend, they were so kind and accommodating. They fit me in without any hassle. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel so pampered from start to finish. The pedicure was perfect, super relaxing and to top it off, they even gave me a little bottle of cuticle oil as a gift! Such a thoughtful touch.
