I had an extremely disappointing experience with this salon. I’ve been there twice now, and I will not be returning. On both visits, I requested a very basic manicure and pedicure — no polish, just standard cuticle care, nail cleaning, and basic grooming. Instead, the service felt rushed and incomplete. I love this place. I’ve never been disappointed. Shirley greeted me by name tonight , even though I haven’t been there in months! My nails look fabulous, and they truly want to make sure you’re satisfied. The place is so very clean and spacious, spa like. I had a new young lady today named Kiley, and she was so sweet and personable! I had Selena as a nail artist today she was amazing she paid attention to every detail I had one broke now she repaired that she gave me everything I asked for with my color and design The Establishment was very clean and the lady that ran the show was very very nice
