This is the second time that I've been here and I have to say I've never been treated so rudely. The customer service is horrible they tell you one price on the phone and you get there and get a totally different price. The first time I went there the lady watch TV while doing my nails and cut me then the second time I went there the lady was so rough with me and cut me twice there's no way that I'll be going back to this establishment.

I walked in with my husband to get him a simple eyebrow wax. The service was quick, but untilnmy husband sat down in the regular desk chair to recieve his waxing. I saw the lady apply the wax, i seen that it was way too much and i knew it was going to take off more than what i wanted. She reassured me "i do this long time, women like this shape!" Over and over agin she repeated herself, i told her if its too much and if i didnt like it, i was not going to pay for it. So of course i let this so called 50 yr old expert handle ... read more
