Very very bummed to have to write this. Staff is great and do a great job with nails. However, they are in the process of moving locations and still let me make an appointment for today two weeks ago. I show up just to find out they’re closed. Now scrambling to find somewhere else today. Unfortunately can’t continue to give my business to a company that can’t manage appointments.

There is an absolutely insufferable woman who works here. I was getting my gel manicure on Saturday with my friend, when my manicurist saw two clients walk in. Suddenly she rushed through my manicure, leaving bubbles and unevenness on my nail, and polish on my skin. When I spoke up about it, she grabbed my hand and tried to file down my skin and pick at the polish. My friend told her to not touch me, and she told her to calm down and stop being angry. Awful experience. I felt bad because the women were sweet. It took over 2.5 hours for a mani pedi. The gel peeled for me and my friend the next day. I have awful hang nails and we both got cut. Pedicure is uneven and there wasn’t any massage or scrub. Save your money!
