I normally LOVE this salon. However, will likely stick with just gel/polish going forward. This weekend, my daughters both wanted to get "GelX" manicures for back to school. They looked great but within 24 hours all but one of my younger daughters nails fell off :( really bummed
I booked an appointment for 12pm in advance. I get there on time and end up waiting an hour for a chair to open up. I'm fine waiting 5-10 mins but this is ridiculous. I then asked for a discount due to the fact that I waited an hour when I had an appointment reserved in advance. They said no. Very disrespectful of my time and not a way to treat clients.
Cannot recommend enough for stunning nails and incredibly sweet service. Just got my favourite set of all time here and they were so attentive and kind and got my nails exactly as I imagined. Amazing quality and skill for the best price too! Have been coming here for years and will be back again soon
I thought this place was good But first they do a horrible job on my. Nails so bad I’m told to come back Then I come back and they say cause i didn’t call to make an appt they won’t help me !!! AWFUL— stay away
