Very unprofessional! Before I had any thing did I told the lady I want my nail, feet, lashes and eyebrows did. I showed her the style of nails. She told me she could do it for me. So she told the other lady to start with my pedicure if I would have know she was going to lie and not do my nails I would have not let them did nothing for me. I will not be going back there for nothing else. She could have been honest from the beginning and I would have taken my service so where else.

I was there for the first time to get a pedicure 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was literally there 2 hours and days later the bottom feels awful worst then I had 🙄 and the nails were not even cut right a waste of $35 I could had done the same my self

Jenny is the most unprofessional nail tech I have ever experienced. She provided me with an appointment a week ago, and when I arrived, she had overbooked someone else and couldn’t remember who she had scheduled. Instead of being apologetic, she immediately became angry at the other customer for not reminding her. On a different occasion, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails, and she did the complete opposite.
