Please just trust the other negative reviews. This place will literally do whatever they feel like to your nails then gaslight you when you GENTLY remind them of what you asked for .. then make it seem like you are trying to get out of paying.. just please go somewhere else..you might even be better off doing them yourself with your non dominant hand

The customer service is great and very friendly did and excellent job. I got a pediacure and manicure did a great job!!

I love Shopie is amazing! She is so gentle and makes me feel amazing! I would never go anywhere but there. They do a great job on eyebrows as well

I want to start off by saying I never got my nails in Albany. Nails 2 customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They over charged a 2 year old. Her toes were painted with regular polish that’s it and it was 20 dollars. I asked for an oval shape and short size. I wanted to do champagne for the base color she insisted on a clear pink but I wanted champagne. Then I told her I wanted navy blue French tips with gold lining.
