I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I asked for chrome french tips on my natural nails (showed her a photo as well), but the technician clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She spent majority of the time on my nail beds and cuticles, to the point I had to stop her cause my finger started bleeding. She then applied way too much chrome powder on one hand, which made the nails look uneven, and then tried to remove it, making things even worse. I went only to get my SNS removed, and unfortunately the service was not good. The lady seemed in a hurry, there was no customer service at all, and the job she did was very minimal. They charged me $20, which is way too much for what was actually done. Definitely not worth the price.
Very good experience I have been here twice now. First time the lady told me I had split in my nail and asked if I still wanted to get my nails done- from past experience with the salons they didn’t bothered to tell me so I love that. The lady that is always there is so lovely to chat with and very careful & professional with her job 🤩🤩
Super rude. Popped in to get my nails done and was treated like I had some how disturbed the technician by enquiring about an appointment. There was only one person in entire store yet the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them purely with my presence. I turned around and left. If their attitude is anything to go by I wouldn’t want my nails done there
I've visited 3 times now for Pedicure and have been happy every time. Such great attention to detail on Pedicure, and 1st time getting manicure and happy with quality.
