Very disappointing way to treat regular customers. My family have been going to Nails 19 in Folsom regularly, but after their most recent experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. My daughter arrived for her scheduled appointment and was waiting for it to begin. Instead of honoring her appointment, the salon took a walk-in customer and put that person with the nail tech who was supposed to be doing my daughter’s nails. I can’t say enough good things about Nails 19! The atmosphere is always great, but Rhiannon truly makes the entire experience exceptional. She is unbelievably sweet, kind, and welcoming from the moment you sit down in her chair. On top of being an absolute sweetheart, she is so talented at doing nails. Her attention to detail is incredible, and my nails always turn out flawless and last so long. If you’re visiting Nails 19, do yourself a favor and book with Rhiannon—she is awesome!
Finally decided to get my nails done after baby and decided to try Nails 19. I had a wonderful experience with the staff and Thu was the sweetest nail tech. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them.
So expensive and not great quality. i wanted to like them since they were so nice but when i came out the nails were not good. these were for my birthday and i was so upset. don’t know what to do with this. I thought they were quick and efficient, but I noticed they just rushed through my nails unfortunately. there were large cuticle gaps and honestly, I had to debate whether or not it was actually worth trying to get these fixed. i did like my pedicure, but won’t be coming back because of the prices and the low quality.
This the third time I’ve walked away with burned cuticles from same person who nervously laughs. This time I left with 3 nails with lumps. I had her fix 2 before I left but didn’t see the others because I was already annoyed. Not ever going back. I’ve been going there for over a year. I wish I could post pictures
