I got my nails done on August first by Thu and they already all poped off I don’t recommend going to nails 19 all tho it is a nice building and good service the nail quality isn’t great.
I have been to this nail salon three times now. Pedicures are great. I will never get my dip manicures here again. I leave every time with lumpy, uneven, all different lengths and shaped nails. Yes, I point it out to the nail tech but it’s always fault. Funny how I leave here each time and have to reshape my nails each time to be even. I asked for simple leopard and nail tech said she can’t do.
I just live Rosie! She's super sweet and does an amazing job everytime!!!
Visited Nail19 with my Mother hoping for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, our experience with JENNY was quite disappointing. She was very mean in her tone and rude when I asked to see more shades of nail color. She also talked in her native language with other technicians in a way that was obvious she was gossiping or criticizing us, which was unprofessional. Went in for a VIP Pedicure and the lady didn’t even bother doing the collagen massage and scrub. When I asked her about it she dismissed me, used some other cheap disgusting gel with glitter in it and pretended like she did the VIP pedicure service, assuming I wouldn’t know any better. She also messed up my toenails in how she cut and filed and she scrubbed my feet so hard with a sanding tool she made me bleed and then tried to act like it was no big deal.
