My mom and I had the best experience! Tom did my pedicure, safely recovering my attempts at maintenance into feet that look loved. Thu did mom’s pedicure and Rhiannon (spelling?) did my moms manicure. Mom is mid stage 6 Alzheimer’s and the ladies were beyond lovely to her. I had a terrible first experience at Nails 19 and will not be returning. I went in for a pedicure, and the technician was extremely rough. She cut several of my toes, and my big toe hurt so badly afterward that I was limping the entire next day. I repeatedly said “ow” during the service, but instead of stopping or being more careful, she just pulled my foot back and continued. I hate to write negative comments, but I had a very disappointing experience with my gel manicure. The manicure was poorly done, and during the service, my cuticle was cut too short and started bleeding. The quality of the manicure was also not what I expected 💅🏽😏 The manicure looks like a child painted my nails. The polish is uneven, messy, and poorly applied.
Very nice salon
Very disappointing way to treat regular customers. My family have been going to Nails 19 in Folsom regularly, but after their most recent experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. My daughter arrived for her scheduled appointment and was waiting for it to begin. Instead of honoring her appointment, the salon took a walk-in customer and put that person with the nail tech who was supposed to be doing my daughter’s nails.
