I initially discovered this salon on TikTok and was impressed by the comfortable environment. They worked on my hands and feet simultaneously, which was a pleasant experience. However, during my second visit, I felt rushed and couldn’t fully enjoy the service. I’m not sure if it was because I’m an African-American female, but I believe my money is just as good as anyone else’s.

I am not a regular nail girly, but wanted to treat myself for a special achievement a few months ago. I asked for a healthy option for nail enhancement, and was recommended builder gel. Not knowing the specifics of regular gel/builder gel, I just trusted the nail tech at the time. I got my nails done today (and requested builder gel again) from a different place, and turns out Nails 19 place never really used the builder gel at all. I came in and got my nails done by Steven the 1st time and they came out ok. Came in for my fill and ask about the design I wanted and they they tried to charge me $35 when I was only charged $10 for the design I got last time and this design is the same as the last 1. When I asked they could not give me an answer as why I was being charged so much more. Then when they tried to show me their price book it did not match the price online. Really unhappy

Unfortunately service continues to go downhill. Went in for a signature pedicure and instead received a basic.. I didn’t know until the end when she said she was all done. Although I ended up paying for a basic, I’ll warn that you don’t get a massage and it’s very VERY basic. I said before that I wouldn’t come back, and now this time I won’t. Save yourself a trip
