Very unprofessional. We booked for appointment almost 3 times well in advance and everytime it was cancelled. Also they never pick up the calls and always giving reason that they are less number of staff for cancellation.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Purchased a groupon and scheduled an appt with Tahlia on the website. She texted me an hour before and asks if I could come in later that day due to a "family emergency". I said yes that's fine. After getting a babysitter for my kids so I could go, she texted me 20 min before and said she cant make it. I told her I'll just go somewhere else, she said go ahead and do that and said she was being very accommodating! I was the one who was working around her schedule all day.
