Terrible customer service! I placed an online order and one of the product arrived empty! When I notified them, Helen was so rude and told me that when she shipped the order the bottle was full. Really? Then I asked her to send me a new bottle to replace the empty one and she told me that I had to reorder it again (and pay for shipping fee) another $9 on top of the cost of the product.
