First of all let me say that Nailed it Roofing and Repair did a STELLAR JOB!!! My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job Ben, Luis and his team did to replace our roof. Ben was constantly in contact about every aspect of the job including the removal of our pesky solar panels. The roof repair was overpriced for the quality delivered. Shingles were uneven, and some areas were missed completely. Customer service ignored my concerns and refused to correct the mistakes. Not recommended at all
I paid a high price expecting professional service, but the quality of work did not match the cost. Some sections of the roof were skipped entirely, and the flashing was poorly installed. The area was left messy, and no final inspection was offered.
Extremely dissatisfied with the roof repair job. The team seemed rushed and careless. Materials used appear cheap, and the work does not look durable. Overall, a frustrating and costly experience.
Unprofessional experience overall. Communication was poor, deadlines were missed, and the final result did not meet expectations.
