Booked for myself and my mom, for a Mani Pedi, was slightly overpriced for the quality of service however I also booked for myself two days later for acrylics and confirmed that I was coming at my first appointment. When I arrived for my second appointment 5 minutes early the store was CLOSED. I waited for 20 minutes and noone showed up. The first time I did my nails here (shellac), they were amazing! But the second time I did the same, and the shellac started blistering. I asked if possible to redo just that one nail (and subsequently the other nails started blistering too) they didn't respond. I sent them a text and called to follow up but there was still no response. A bit disappointed with the customer service!
First time at Nailed It and had a good experience. The staff were friendly, offered me water and attentive to detail even though they were busy! Will return
Booked my appointment online as Nailed It advertises it is open 7 days a week. Arrived to my appointment to see the salon is closed.
