Reliable and enjoyable – I've been to Nailed probably 20 times in the past two years I've lived in Salt Lake, and have never had a negative experience. My pedicures always come out wonderfully. My waxing experiences have always been positive too. I have also bought gift certificates for many friends' birthdays. I'm proud to support a local independent business like Nailed and I will continue to do so!
Terrible pedi mani and unprofessional – I was so excited to try Nailed unfortunately it was the worst pedicure & manicure ever! They did not even call me by name they just said " take a seat right here" no introduction the entire time! That is just weird and unprofessional, I might as well have gone to one of the places where they don't speak English because they didn't even ask me the length or shape that I preferred or anything at all! Brandon is not there. – Brandon left this little shop for a top of the line Spa, Kura Door. I would not say anything but they were nasty and rude and would not tell me that Brandon was no longer there and where he went. Shame on them,
Not Recommended – I was very disappointed in the service of this nail boutique. I was given a gift certificate and before going in I looked on the internet for pricing. When I arrived there, There was no place to wait except back in front of the pedicure tubs. This was awkward! As I waited 10 minutes for my waxing. The pedicures finished up. new nails for a new year – well well well, where should I begin? I got a gift card for a complete pedicure at nailed. I usually dont use them, cause I hate waiting and I normally have to go by myself. I called nailed to see what there policy was, and they had 9 pedi stations and recommended an appoinment. One Stop Shop – Can I say this place is great. I have only been here a couple of times and I thought that Nailed just did nails, was I wrong. While getting one of there fabolous pedicures I asked if they knew any where I could go to get my brows waxed before I head off to a wedding. Its soooooo great! – Why a manicure from Brandon? Only 1 bubble. (For the single nick, I blame myself.) Even now, several days later, my nails are still glossy. Glossy enough to see my face in them. That, my friends, is a sure sign of qual-i-tay. All this! Plus the company of Anna., Holly., and the gentle ladies of Nailed. Watching polish dry has never been so entertaining! Great atmosphere and employees! – I had discovered this place when I was at lunch at Trio, later in the week I called in on a spur on the moment whim and was able to get an appointment ! Nailed was very clean ,and I loved the foot tubs! Lots of fun impulse buys on display! I was very impressed with how professional and nice the girl who did my pedicure was! MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! – i LOVE nailed!! the staff is so fun and polite! It's an exciting atmoshpere but it feels like visiting with old friends. The pedicure is SO AMAZING with the sugar scrub they make themselves!! I'm hooked and will be back in four weeks :) !!
