This was my second time trying them out after getting my nails done on my birthday and not really liking them so I wanted to give them another chance absolutely not! My appointment got switched to a different nail tech last minute ok cool but the lady Kelly who I was switched to made my whole experience sucky. This use to be my go-to spot that I would always recommend to friends and family who started coming here from my recommendation. But today I experienced bad service. I made an appointment Friday Nov. 7th for Friday 14th at 12 pm with Paola. I got to to the place at 11:59 am and waited in the lobby to be called.
