I came here a few times years ago. Back in 2016 one of the techs ripped a fake nail off instead of properly soaking it before removing. To this day that nail is still ruined and spits in half. I am not able to review their quality of work because I left. I came in to get a full set for my daughter who has Down syndrome. I came in and signed her in and sat down. We were not greeted when we entered the salon and after 10 min we were still not greeted or even acknowledged. After two months of searching for someone who truly knows how to work with natural nails—and after seeing a few people who completely damaged mine—I finally found this place and Kim. She did an amazing job! She was so kind and took her time to make my nails look cute and clean, even though they were very short and fragile. I will definitely be coming back.
Went in today to get an acrylic pedicure I had my kids and they were kinda fussy but overall the staff seemed patient and polite. Overall I like the service provided
I’ve been going to this place for a while and this was my first bad experience with them. The people there are very nice. However today I went to get a pedicure and requested a blue tip not my full nail to be painted blue. As the lady starts working on them, I noticed it was different process than what is usually done when getting a a tip.
