I’ve been going to this place for a while and this was my first bad experience with them. The people there are very nice. However today I went to get a pedicure and requested a blue tip not my full nail to be painted blue. As the lady starts working on them, I noticed it was different process than what is usually done when getting a a tip. I’ve given this place two chances and both times the service was terrible. The first time, I waited with my son for over an hour for a service. When they finally called me, I asked if I could quickly change his diaper and they told me “no” and immediately called the next person. So rude. Fast forward two years, I decided to give them another try and brought my daughter to get our eyebrows done. They refused to take us because we weren’t getting our nails done. Absolutely ridiculous. Lynn is awesome. She knows I always come with my crazy nails designs and she always leaves me speechless. 10 out of 10. Steven always does my pedicures and always ask me if I am okay and if everything looks to my liking. Definitely recommend them.
