What the hell? I went in to have my gel removed, and she was so rough with my nails. She basically just scraped and picked at them without being gentle at all. This is what my nails look like afterward, and I still had to pay $31 for it. On top of that, they were demanding a cash tip. I will never come back here again. My nails are Bendy scratch and got drill into a different layer.

Literally sitting in the chair rn, got the regular gel pedicure and I swear she stabbed me at least three times to the point where I was like “ouch!” and she apologized - got no lotion, put cuticle cream on my legs (bottle said cuticle) and she only did it on one leg?? barely a 2 minute scrub on my legs, didn’t have the color I wanted unfortunately which was fine. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Salon seemed very dirty, she cut my foot and then said my nails were thin, I said, no, you cut me. No massage, color is uneven and bumpy, even the shaping was terrible. They essentially demanded a tip. Do not waste your time or money here.
The worst experience ever. I could’ve done whatever they did myself with a $2 nail clipper. They’re so unprofessional and the service is sooo whack. All she did was trim my nails and rubbed oil on it and she acted like she had done a ton. I just threw away $60 for something I could have done myself.
