Worst experience ever at a nail salon. Wanted a basic manicure. She didn’t even do a good job taking off previous nail polish, didn’t clean under bed of nail and applied the polish super thick and clumpy. It chipped within 1hr. Run! Go anywhere but here! Read reviews for confirmation.
I see all the bad reviews of this place and I’m honestly surprised. I brought my daughter here so we could get a mommy & daughter gel mani & pedi since her birthday and the holidays are coming up and from the moment we walked up to the front counter, our experience was great. The young woman at the counter looked at my inspo pics and quickly ushered for someone to take care of us. I’ve been going here for a long time and this will actually be the last time I come to this nail shop. Young man with tattoos on his left arm is very rude and unprofessional. He was very rough on my feet and rushes thru with no care . Do not go here ladies and gentlemen. Spend your money elsewhere. Somewhere where they actually carr about what they are doing .
This was one of the worst pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was extremely poor from the moment I sat down. My nail technician didn’t greet me, speak to me, or offer the booklet to choose which type of pedicure I wanted. I simply showed him my color, and he kept his head down the entire time without any communication. I didn’t have a good experience at Nail Tricks. Since I work at the mall, I thought it would be convenient to bring my 17 year old daughter here for a basic manicure and pedicure before her pageant that weekend. Before I left I was told the basic pedicure would be $35 and the manicure $40, both with clear polish. However, when she was finished (I wasn’t present) she was charged $50 for the pedicure and $55 for the manicure a total of $120 with tip.
