I actually really liked this salon and that's why I always recommended my friends and family to GI to this salon. This particular time I recommended my mother she was already skeptical about going because you know once they find a place they like, it's no changing their mind. Well I talked her into going to this salon and now I regret it, to make a long story short the nail tech was very unprofessional. No stars. The nail tech's where very rude, when I express my dislike for the nails. The yelled at me, and refused to give me a refund. I suggest this place to anyone. Horrible customer service.
