This use to be my favorite place to get the works. When I tell you the customer service is so stank. I only come periodically to get my eyebrows done now. SMH not friendly, not welcoming if she didn’t do good eyebrows I wouldn’t come. I’ve tried to learn to everything at home. They are too comfortable giving subpar service at expensive prices. Would not recommend

I’ve been going to Nail Tip & Spa for years, and they’ve consistently been some of the kindest, most patient, and understanding people I’ve ever met. I’m rarely ever dissatisfied with a service, but on the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right, I speak up and they’re always quick to make it right without hesitation. It’s a small shop with a close-knit team, but they truly deserve all the business. Highly recommend

I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and was next but two other people came in and was waited on right away. The lady said they would wait but the man said I was only getting a eyebrow wax like it wasn't important. I sat for a minute because I thought someone was coming out to wait on me but after a minute I left and was upset. Why do we . patronize these places who only care about our money. I don't go to these places very often but was in a bind I will definitely continue to support black owned businesses.

Never ever going here again. They overcharge big time. I only got a overlay and pedi with gel with a design on my big toe and I paid 100.00. Please do go here EVER!!!!!!!!!!
