I’m a first time customer and booked with Crystal. I don’t like to keep up with nail maintenance because it can be expensive and come with not so great service. Crystal was very kind and attentive and did an amazing job. The environment was also nice - calm and didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Great experience and looking forward to returning! I’m excited to finally have a go-to nail salon.

We had a great chill experience at Nail Therapie💅 Maya, and Enlicia was friendly and personable. They made us feel welcome, played the quality music 🎶 we love, and took care of our mani/pedi needs. I recently tried this for the first time and thought a could become a consistent customer. WRONG! Spend your money elsewhere! Shoutout to the owner for completely BLOWING it 😒

New client seeking a basic manicure on natural nails as a walk-in. Arrived with one hour until closing and was told there wasn't enough time. We live an hour away in Katy, so a return trip isn't feasible. Very disappointing.
