I got a pedicure and foot massage by Anna (Mai Anh). She was mumbling unprofessional things about me while doing my pedicure. She thought I wouldn’t understand, but I know what she said because I am part Viet and part black. She didn’t want to do my pedicure because I am dark-skinned, smelly, and overweight. I also overheard her assuming that I wouldn’t tip well because of my skin color. My service was rushed and the painting on my toes was uneven and splotchy.

Called, in advance , to query if they provided a certain service. They clearly said they did. I drive 20 mins to them only to be told they could not do it! I needed a fill-in of this particular technique. She said that she could not price it until she saw them. I guess she wanted to see the condition, first. Well, it was a ‘’No, we don’t do that service” once I arrived. I am not happy. 2 people were working on their one and only patron, when I entered. That said a lot! 😡

I somehow got an infection the day after my manicure! I had to get on oral and topical antibiotics! Can’t wait for that urgent care bill. Manicure was a little too rough. Pedicure was fine

Thank you, Nail Tech! You are conveniently located nearby (Shallowford Rd/Johnson Ferry Rd - in the Chicago's Restaurant shopping center). Kevin is great at making all things look new again and the repair looked great. Today, my pedicure was a game changer. He has done my pedicures several times and he is easy and keeps you comfortable.
