Friendly, professional, timely and a place to go for my foot nail trims. Nancy did a great job taking care of my trim needs. She was professional, courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. My feet were well taken care of. I will return to the shop for future care.
11/29/24 I truly appreciate Nail Tech on Shallowford Rd (in the Chicago's Restaurant shopping center). Kevin is great and he got my granddaughter's nails looking great. She loves them. I love how they go the extra mile with their welcome, gentle touch and also for the service they provide for the people in our community. They took 2 1/2 hours to do SNS on my nails with no tips. I asked for rounded and the shape was not uniform. They didn’t bother to clean under my nails, so I had to go home and fix the shape and clear out all their materials from under my nails on my own time. Customer service was great, but the craftsmanship of nail work was not the best. There is no way this should’ve taken that long.
