Made an appointment online for 2 of us to get deluxe pedicures & a wax. Waited for 20 minutes and nail techs were late to work or never showed up. Last time there Johny chased me to the car because they didn't charge me $5. I'd already paid $70. Well today they lost out on $100. We won't be back. There are lots of other nail salons.
I recently visited this salon for a mani/pedi after no salons for a year so my nails were a mess. Jenny Nguyen did a fantastic job on my nails. I really got the royal treatment & it was wonderful! the hand and foot massages were worth the trip alone. Love this salon & I love Jenny Nguyen.
Coming from someone who is all about manis and pedis... WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to! Both my cousin and I went in to get our nails taken off WITHOUT a service, their prices are CLEARLY listed on the wall $10 for what we wanted, then +$1 increase on all services making that total $11. Went to pay, and charged us each $17.50, when asked why “it was hard taking off your nails”. I’m sorry but you have prices for a reason you DONT get paid by the hour. I having been going to SUE’S NAIL SALON since 2006. The experience is outstanding every time. They do an awesome job in everything. I love the HOT TOWELS for pedicures. Most nail places don’t do that. They alway get you in and the place is super clean and they alway have lots of techs to help you. — in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Best foot and leg massage I’ve had!! Everyone was so friendly and nice. Very helpful and patient while I decided what service I wanted. 😊👍🏼👍🏼
My family and I have been going here for a very long time. Always happy with their services. Sue is amazing, but everyone who works there does a great job.
