My experience yesterday was not pleasant. I intended to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax, but after almost TWO hours in the pedicure chair, I finally had to get up and leave with a job half done. I'm guessing the nail tech had never done gel polish, because she wasn't able to get it right after multiple, multiple tries. They, of course, still insisted I had to pay full price for an unacceptably bad job and I had to pay again elsewhere today to have it redone. I will never return.
