Terrible experience, 0/10 would not recommend. We made an appointment for my daughter’s birthday and arrived 3 minutes before our scheduled and confirmed time only to find a locked door and no one answering the phone. We left after waiting outside for 10 minutes and went to NAIL ZONE where we had prompt service and an amazing experience.
lily was lovely - i scheduled last minute and they were quiet and kind. i didn’t feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed their peaceful little oasis. my toes look great and i don’t feel poisoned from fumes, either:)
I had a disappointing experience with Lily, the owner of this establishment, and felt completely scammed. After hiring me to create design work for Nail -Tastic, she filed a chargeback to avoid paying for the project after I had invested countless hours and had completed 99% of the work. Her unprofessionalism and rude communication throughout the process made the situation even worse. I strongly discourage anyone from supporting a business that conducts itself with such dishonesty and unethical behavior!!
Just love this place! Everyone is so nice. The massage and tea are great bonuses. And the techs are so detailed and careful to remove cuticles in manicure and my in-grown toe nails.😬 for pedicures . It is a beautiful space and peaceful.
