If you speak English, do not come to this place because they can't. The technician here cut my real big nails short(which had taken a long time to grow). Ambience wise its okay but skill and options wise, its not good. I came in to get gel but went with regular nails as the technician just couldn't understand what I wanted. It was a disappointing visit. Especially during valentines week.

I went to this location and requested hard gel. The technician who assisted me rushed the service, refused to properly clean my cuticles, and said he had another appointment. His behavior was rude and unprofessional. I was charged $69 for poor-quality service. The next day, I returned to ask for the hard gel to be fixed by another technician. normally love going and have no problems when I get Gel X on. However this time I got a severe nail infection from gel X. Not sure if it was from unclean instruments or the glue. But they did remove the nail with no charge

Came in with my mother in law. We had an apt and it was a quiet day. Only one other person in the salon. We felt rushed, were not offered anything to drink. I also 8 months pregnant and was so uncomfortable trying to have my fingers painted while having my toes done. My finger nails were cut so short and the nail color was way too light. I was given an attitude for trying to change color. Overall bad experience will not be returning.
