One of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The guy kept getting up to try and make phone calls. He trimmed my nails very unevenly and way too short on the sides. After he was done he just got up and walked away. I sat there for 20 mins, put my sandals on, paid and walked out. Other techs put flip flops on people and had them sit at the table with a fan to dry. I'm thinking he should've done the same. An hour later I put socks on to try on shoes and every toe is smudged. Exactly, when you got home ...so instead of getting it fixed , you just wanted to complain without knowing if we would redo it for free or not. And when You said limited choice?...meaning a smal selection?....then you must be talking about the wrong nail salon , because we have almost 1,000 regular colors and over 1,000 gel colors to choose from. There’s no shop in town that has more colors than us.
I started coming here a couple months ago. I was referred by a family member. Came in over the weekend and was not pleased with the service. The guy doing my nails did not listen to what I wanted. I asked for round and got square and as he was painting them he kept dosing off and hitting all my other nails. He didn’t even notice. And when I said something he was irritated that I wanted them fixed. He slopped another coat on top of the mess up instead of taking it off and didn’t put a top coat on them. Amazing amazing amazing amazing!!!! Worth the 1.5hr drive!
My daughters and I came in yesterday. Excellent experience! They took time to paint and perfect the designs on the girls' nails and Bo gave me the best acrylic nails I've ever had in all my hundreds of salon visits across the U.S. They even helped entertain my baby girl whom I was expecting to be asleep the whole time lol. Excellent attention to detail and great staff.
Yesterday was my 1st time ever at Ariel's, I got a spa pedi and acrylic nails, and I LOVE them!
