First time I've been to this nail salon & I will NOT be back. I have never been so humiliated by anyone in a nail salon & to do it in front of other customers. I arrived 20 min after they opened & then still waited another 30 min & then put in a pedi chair to soak another 15 min only for them to tell me they wouldn't do the pedi because of the way my skin looked & he stated that he was unsure what kind of skin disease I had. We apologize for your inconvenience, but we told you we have to do Appointments first, and we only had time to Polish your toes...you said you were willing to wait. Also...we were looking out for the health and well being of other customers. State Board policies recommend we avoid any risk of cross contamination to other clients, thus we were not able to use any tools on you. We were discreet when letting you know...no one in the salon realized the situation.
It could not have been any better!!!! We definitely will be back and will help pass the word as to how great this place is.

Tracy and all the staff are fantastic. Tracy has done my nails for years and she is one of the sweetest people I know. She is so skilled and I always get compliments on my nails. Superb service and the prettiest salon I have ever been to.
