I had my first experience here was pretty good the tech was very personable and sweet. But after a week my sns polish was chipping on a few nails which shouldn't happen. So when I arrived for the appointment to fix it, the nail tech that I requested wasn't there. I was then told that everyone that everyone that could do sns was busy, so I told them that I would wait. It didn't seem like they wanted me to wait, but being that I left work early for this I had no other choice. I waited for about ten minutes to be moved to a nai... read more

What I am very upset about is the honesty of the business. I called ahead of time to confirm the prices of gel polish for my hands and toes and I was told $50 dollars. When I got to the salon I told them exactly what I wanted, just as I had on the phone. The nail tech said I needed to do a manicure and pedicure to get gel polish. I told them I didn’t want a manicure and pedicure; I only wanted the polish and they told me I couldn’t do one without doing the other. At the end when it was time to pay, the tech told me $75! This place is AWESOME. My friend and I both had fantastic spa pedicures and they were well worth the money. They did a great job cutting away the dead skin, the massages chairs were super relaxing, and the people are just the absolute sweetest!
