Let me preface this by saying I NEVER write reviews. This was the worst experience of my life. I called beforehand last night after work and they said they had time for a dip powder manicure so I went. Kathy then proceeded to take every single person who walked through the door even though she didn’t have enough people to service them. I was there for forever because she kept stopping to try to do multiple peoples nails at once. And what is this garbage they call a dip powder manicure?!?! This shop is wonderful. I am always pampered when I go there. Judy did my spa pedicure yesterday and she did a great job, I fell asleep, lol.
