I never really write reviews, but the people must know that the quality is extremely poor and my nail technician basically had no idea what she was doing with the nail file, buff, nail polish, cuticle oil or lotion. My nails are not the same length or shape, the polish was not evenly applied or applied on my entire nail even, every coat is different/wonky, and the drying process was rushed. Unfortunately, this was the worst manicure I have ever gotten and it hasn’t even chipped yet.
Very impressive prices are fair and clearly displayed. I went for a pedicure my tech, Mary, was very detailed and quick with reviving my worn soles. The massaging chair was a nice added bonus. Prices are clearly displayed and are very reasonable for the quality of experience and work.
The worst experience ever. Couldn’t do a basic manicure.i had to reshape the uneven nails and push back my cuticles after I was patient enough to let her get all the way to the polish. Look at what I pushed back. Nasty heffa had the nerve to tell me to go where I like what they do. No more being nice. Two words…..CIVIL RIGHTS. You wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my people.
Love going to the very friendly, clean good service I love my nail tech. She does my nails well and I mean my nails I have no complaints with her or their business and I've been going for two years.
All I know is, never again!! I went in for a fIll in with gel polish on Saturday 1/31/26. The next day after my shower I realized the pinky nail polish had already chipped off. I went back for a repair that same day 2/1/26 and was told to come back in an hour. That was violation #1. Then this morning, which is Tuesday 2/3/26, after my shower I noticed 3 other nails have chipped polish. I've never experienced anything like this, in 32+ years of getting my nails done anywhere.
