They experience was EXCELLENT to say the least. I believe my techs name was Jennie. (Hope I got her name right) In a time where nail salons move so fast to get you in and out due to mass clients..I very much appreciated the way she moved. It made me feel special as a client without feeling rushed. She took her time on my nails and especially my pedicure. The way she focused on my foot and leg massage was amazing. I wish I could give it a 0. I had a tech ‘Mary’ work on my nails on 4th Feb. The service was hurried and she barely explained what she was doing to me. She did not allow enough time for the gel to dry. It’s only four days in and I already look like this(see image). The second image shows how they looked on the same day the service was done- if you are keen you will see how the edges were left out
