TLDR: Dirty establishment, poor quality manicure, rude guy at the front desk, manicurist seemed afraid. I paid $71 for an organic spa manicure plus a 10 minute massage. I waited 10 minutes beyond my appointment time and left with misshapen nails, botched cuticles, and uneven nail polish that didn't reach the tops of my nails on a couple of my nails.
