Never going back. I was a client for over a year and just had the worst experience. Nails cut way too short after saying I wanted them shorter. They couldn't be any shorter without cutting into the skin and causing a bleed. Then I asked that the bio gel be removed. Dremel used was too course and now nails are paper thin and splitting. Paid and walked out before I let het apply shellac I had booked. Didn't want to see how that turned out.
