I have had nothing but excellent nails and pedicures from this salon. I've been a customer for over two years; I highly recommend this business!
Manager refused to honor a paid gift certificate I received for x-mas. Said it expired 5 days earlier, and wanted me to pay. Told him Florida statutes state that gift certificates can not expire. He didn't care. Just wanted $! He told me to leave. He was a royal jerk. Also, it's kind of rude to be talking in foreign language and laughing while servicing customers. Won't be back, nor will wife or 2 daughters.
After several drop-ins, my Spa partner and I have been very pleased with our visits!
The lady who did my shellac manicure was very nice and accommodating. However, her manager took over while she was ordered to finish another person's pedicure. This manager was rude, and painted my top coat very sloppily and carelessly. The UV bulbs used to set my shellac needed to be changed, and the machine itself was worn and dirty where my hand was placed. I will not be returning here. My Ponte Vedra nail salon has much better prices as well.
