’ve been coming here since I was little, and it’s always been my go-to spot. Andy and his team are incredibly welcoming and genuinely kind—they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Andy especially has always been so thoughtful and attentive, and it’s clear he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. The experience is consistently great, and I always leave happy. I’ll keep coming back without a doubt.
If you go into this business for a pedicure do not use the older gentleman. Whatever you do ask for someone else. First off he cut me and I'm praying I don't get an infection as he decided to take off his gloves . Second I chose a color and for whatever ever reason he just could not get it to work. So I chose another color and he couldn't get that to work either and he got up and chose this blue and slapped it on. I paid 40 bucks for the worst pedicure I've EVER received. I had an appointment and waited 45 minutes for him to tell me that they’ll get to me soon. They overbook And they tend to favor their regular customers. Customers came in asking for manicure, and he tells them the wait is 2 hours. Then a coupe of customers walked in, and he greeted them by name. They got to them before me! And I was still waiting. Needless to say, I left after an hour wait.
This is a horrible place. Horrible. I just needed a eyebrow wax and I waited almost one hour. Never got one. It was pathetic and a waste. The owner was rude and dismantled. I would give it zero stars if I could. He ended up yelling at me when I said I just need five mins.
