Awful, poor customer service. I got charged a full pedicure when she didn't do a full pedicure, no massage,no hot towel, no lotion nothing. Yes she painted my toes,and the lady had the audacity to tell me" I did everything but you were busy on the phone" i told her no, and she said oh well i did forget the hot towel, however me being on the phone doesn't mean I wouldn't know if you did what you charged me for. This was my first time here at nails and spa. I asked for recommendation from family and friends, and unfortunately, they don't go to Farmington to get their nails done. I chose this place. Me and my daughter and I got pedicures. The atmosphere was a 3 out of 5 stars. People are 4 out of 5 stars. But my service was a 1 out of 5. My daughters service was 3 out of 5. Her pedicure looks way better than mine. I would come back, but only if it's a different person who does my nails. I wish I got the name of the female who did my ... read more
