This salon does not clean their tools, first time in my life going to this nail salon, ended up getting cellulitis on my finger.
I came in w my diy uv glue nails. I couldn’t get them off at home because I didn’t have my drill. I’m not sure what the nail techs name was (maybe drew). Ask for the young tall guy he helped me really quickly and threw on a full set. I was out in 40 min. Everyone is friendly. A few reviews said this place was overbooked and too busy but I disagree. My friend and I received the most basic pedicures I've ever had in my life and when it was our turn for manicures we got passed up twice and had been there over an hr already so when we decided to just pay for the pedicures and forget about the manicures we were both charged over $40 for them to literally just paint them and a quick massage. Awful, poor customer service. I got charged a full pedicure when she didn't do a full pedicure, no massage,no hot towel, no lotion nothing. Yes she painted my toes,and the lady had the audacity to tell me" I did everything but you were busy on the phone" i told her no, and she said oh well i did forget the hot towel, however me being on the phone doesn't mean I wouldn't know if you did what you charged me for.
