I am tired of being treated rudely at this nail spa. The owners and their employees speak Vietnamese when I know they are talking about their client. I feel it is so rude to speak another language when you know that those present do not understand your language. The owners and associates do speak English. I have gone there several times. The owner Ivy does a very good job but on several occasions she has not finished my nails and ask her husband Steve to finish painting my nails. Each time he has done a very "sloppy" job. I have multiple sclerosis and I'm very touch sensitive. Everyone who has given me a pedi at Nail Spa has been magnificent, kind, gentle and patient! Also, their pedi's look great and last a long time.
If you want a professional, clean and friendly nail spa then this one is for you. Ihave been going to them since I moved her in 2004. Never have I had a nail infection or anything remotely resembling one. They take walk-ins as well as appointments. This is a family run business. Join the many happy customers.
