Slow service. We weren't told how long it would be, they seemed understaffed for a Saturday. We were a group together but did our pedicures individually so it took 3 times as long. They verbally apologized after and said next time will be better. I guess if you wanted us to try it again you might have recognized that on the bill. I won't return, should have stuck with my regular place where they know me.
My first visit here was on the very first day it opened and Iv been every 2 weeks since. Iv tried pretty much every nail spa in Southlake and this is by far my favorite the staff are SO friendly it's spotless clean and very professional!it here!
I love this place!!! Sooo glad they opened up here. Lisa has been amazing all 3 times I've used her! Shes very experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and fun. And always gives over 100% Very intelligent, accomodating, and caring staff, too!
So happy to have found Helen again. Gorgeous place, large color selection, great service selection. Manager very helpful. My official new salon!
